Represented contractors and property owners in construction and contract litigation.

Successfully appealed a $4,000,000 judgment against a real estate development company.


Represented an engineering firm against a minority shareholder oppression claim and asserted counterclaims resulting in favorable settlement.

Obtained injunctive relief to prevent former officer and director of engineering company from misappropriating trade secrets.


Represented health care services company and majority owner in partnership dispute and negotiated favorable “buy out” agreement.

Represented pharmaceutical companies in federal and state multidistrict litigation.

Represented medical device company in nationwide product-recall litigation.

Represented patients, hospitals, physicians, nurses and long-term care facilities in healthcare litigation.

Represented an e-commerce services provider in breach of contract litigation against medical services company resulting in favorable settlement.


Prepared amicus curiae brief for the Supreme Court of Texas concerning the Texas Certificate of Merit statute applicable to professional services claims.

Successfully defended on appeal a summary judgment in favor of an independent administrator against claims brought by an estate creditor.

Represented Fortune 500 companies in premises and product liability litigation.

Obtained mandamus relief for foreign company sued in Texas to enforce a contractual forum-selection agreement.
